We provide a managed WhatsApp marketing service which includes sending up to 25,000 messages per month on behalf of the client using the Official WhatsApp API, creating creative assets (designs and reels), and setting up a custom chatbot, as detailed on our website.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the content of the messages sent on your behalf. All content must comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp's Commerce Policy.
• You must have obtained explicit, opt-in consent from every contact you provide to us before any messages are sent. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all anti-spam and data protection laws.
• You will not use our Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, including sending spam, phishing, or distributing malware.

3. Fees and Payment

The fee for our standard service is ₹21,000 per month, payable in advance. Additional fees for communication add-on plans will be billed as per the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable. If you opt for the 3-month advance payment offer, the free landing page will be developed after the payment is successfully processed.

4. Term and Termination

This agreement is on a month-to-month basis and will automatically renew unless terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our Service, including all related software and technology. You retain all rights to the content and contact lists you provide to us, but you grant us a license to use this material for the purpose of performing the services outlined in this agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The deliverability and open rates of messages are dependent on factors outside our control, such as WhatsApp's systems and end-user behavior, and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability
